Pickup

• Please arrive during your selected pickup window.

• Orders not picked up by the end of the scheduled pickup day cannot be refunded.

Care & Transport

• Cakes are fragile. Once an order is picked up, we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs during transport or handling.
